Chimney Insight respects your privacy and provides choices regarding certain uses of personal information.
Do We Sell Personal Information?
Chimney Insight does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
However, depending on the technologies used on our website and the privacy law applicable to you, certain advertising, analytics, or tracking activities may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar processing.

Subject:
Privacy Request
Please explain the privacy right you wish to exercise.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or request.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted under applicable privacy law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.
We may take reasonable steps to verify the agent’s authority.
Non-Discrimination
Where required by applicable law, we will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised your privacy rights.
California guidance currently uses terminology such as “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” for applicable opt-out mechanisms, and covered businesses using sale/sharing practices must support the relevant opt-out rights.
I would therefore replace your existing “Do Not Share My Information” wording, rather than merely editing the text on the current page.
